1. Project management
To ensure you receive an exceptional level of customer service, we appoint a service manager to see your contract through
to completion. So, if you want to check the schedule or confirm a detail about your new kitchen, you'll know exactly who to
speak to.
2. Design
Once you’ve made a free, no-obligation appointment, one of our kitchen designers will come to see you. Why do we have our first
meeting inside your home? We believe that’s the best way to fully understand your requirements and get a feel for what will work
in your space.
You can tell your kitchen designer about everything you need, as well as the look you want to achieve. Our Kitchen designers
are trained to listen carefully to your requirements and develop a bespoke kitchen that satisfies all of your desires.

3. Survey
Our technical surveyor will double-check your designs to ensure that you’ll be happy with the final product. They’ll
examine all of the measurements and confirm that your new kitchen will fit perfectly. They’ll even deliver storage boxes
that you can use to store all of the contents of your cupboards while your new kitchen is being installed.
4. Manufacture
Everest kitchens are built-to-last. Our aim is to create a kitchen that doesn’t just satisfy you today, but for years
to come. That’s why we use nothing but the best materials to craft our products.
All our kitchens are made to order and are professional assembled in our factories for superior quality and stability
so you can be sure that your kitchen is made to the highest standards. Our factories are regularly inspected to ensure
the top quality is being maintained.
5. Installation
We’ll start installing your new kitchen at a time and date that fits with your schedule. And you’ll see that
our installers arrive promptly and get straight down to work. They know exactly what to do and they do it well,
taking care of your home and working with the minimum of fuss and mess.
You can expect quality workmanship. We regularly train our installers to ensure their skills are of the highest order.
And our Installation Teams are Gas Safe and Part P registered.
You’ll see that we don’t skimp on the details. We make sure that your job is finished to perfection, and then leave your
home as neat and tidy as we found it.
Once your new kitchen is installed, we will ring you to make sure that everything is OK and you are perfectly happy.
